1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • A return request is submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • The product received was wrong, damaged, or defective.

Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or not in their original condition cannot be returned for hygienic and safety reasons.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales

  • Gift cards and digital products

  • Product categories restricted by law or health regulations


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.


4. Exchanges / Replacements

We will replace products if:

  • They arrive damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • There is a manufacturing defect

To request a replacement, contact us at support@mesolabs.store with:

  • Order number

  • Product photos

  • Description of the issue


5. Return Shipping

Depending on the reason:

  • If the return is due to a Mesolabs error (wrong product, damaged item), return shipping is free.

  • If the return is due to a customer preference or incorrect order placement, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if:

  • The order has not been shipped.

  • Cancellation is requested within 12 hours of purchase.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incomplete

  • Containing incorrect items

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
